Encrypted in transit and at rest: Your data travels encrypted and stays encrypted while it sits still, attached documents included.

Access by role: Five roles, with permissions enforced at database level: each person sees and edits only what their role covers.

Every change tracked: Every change leaves a record of who did what and when, so the history of a request can be reconstructed in full.

One organization per customer: Each customer gets an isolated organization. Data from one company is never visible from another.

Confidential, subprocessors included: Your data stays yours. It is not used to train models, and the subprocessors we rely on are bound by the same confidentiality we owe you, with no right to reuse what passes through them.

European compliance

A European company, data in Europe: Savingfy is a European company. Your Savingfy organization and every document in it are hosted in the European Union and do not leave that perimeter.

GDPR compliant: Savingfy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

EU AI Act compliant: Savingfy complies with the European regulation on artificial intelligence.

Privacy by design and by default: Confidentiality is not a setting to switch on: the most protective option is the one you start from, and each feature is designed to collect the minimum it needs.

Built from scratch: No legacy to drag along: the platform is written from scratch on current technology, picked to stay fast under real workloads.

The right model for each task: Each task runs on the most cost-efficient model that does it well, rather than the most expensive one out of habit. Quality stays high and the cost that reaches you stays low.

Real search grounding: Supplier research is grounded in live web and maps search. Every other capability works only on your own documents and the data in your organization.

Human in the loop: Savingfy scores, ranks and explains. Every AI output is presented for review and can be edited before it takes effect. The decision stays with you.

Multilingual by design: Content is generated in each user's language rather than translated after the fact, down to the instructions the AI itself receives.

Getting started

Live in hours: Setup is measured in hours, not months: we create your organization, configure roles and flows, and the first request can go out the same day.

Your data, imported: Supplier records, categories and documents come in as a bulk import or one record at a time, so you do not start from an empty platform.

Hosting your way: By default your Savingfy organization runs on our infrastructure in the European Union. On request we deploy it as PaaS on the cloud you already use: Google Cloud, Azure, AWS or Oracle Cloud.
